Brilliant - thanks for this, an great insight!
I had a Pouilly-Fuissé ‘ Clos des Quarts’ from Olivier Merlin recently and it was great to hear about his winemaking techniques ‘in person’ in Jasper’s podcask - really gives you a sense of what goes into the wine you’re drinking.
Interesting stuff indeed. I guess this is the next best thing to visiting in person!
