I REALLY wish it was Summer already so i could sit somewhere hot and sunny with a glass of something I like the sound of the Pecan Stream – guava notes? lovely. Thanks
Thanks Blee, yes – the Pecan Stream is a great Spring/Summer drink. Its waves of rich guava and apricot flavours are beautifully balanced by the perfect level of acidity which makes it very refreshing in hotter weather. One can only hope…

I’m having a dinner party at the weekend and I love the sound of the crab salad for a starter- do you have a recipe for it? Regards, Jane
@ Jane
I was inspired by Borough Market and just picked up a medley of ingredients for it – I made the salad out of lots of fresh green leaves, white crab meat, a ripe pear, a granny smith apple and walnuts. I put all the green leaves in a large bowl, sprinkled the crab meat and crushed walnuts evenly on top and then just shaved thin slithers of pear and apple on top. I served it with a side pot of mayonnaise drizzled with lemon and seasonned with black pepper and salt. I also grabbed some freshly made bread – which always disappears in a bid to mop up any remaining lemon mayonnaise!
Hope that helps!
