Great work! I saw today's post about Davide Rosso, who has been a personal friend for several years now. He wines are quite elegant, aren't they? (and how about his Dolcetto?). I hope you had a meal with him (as well as a glass of Champagne) at Centro Storico in Serralunga - one of my favorite places to eat in the Barolo area.
