Over the last 10 years being in the Navy, I have had the oppertunity to experience many cultures. As a result I have been able to taste many different wines from many places. I am still new at this and would like to more information. The reason for this information is that I am in the planning stages of a venture unlike any traditional bar or restaurant. The theme behind my venture is a place where you can relax with a glass of wine. While listening to jazz music. So I would appreciate any information on wine and what to look for in a good wine.
