Thank you Emily for your reply. Tonight we will try

the Pouilly-Fume with Nina Simone and possibly
Dusty Spingfield's Spooky but that might mean we will
have to drink two bottles.

Tomorrow being another day we will try the Pouilly-Fuisse whilst listening to your suggestion Florence and
the Machine's 'The Gift' Can't wait!

By he way we drank your 'Crianza' about eight years ago when we lived in Cheshire and couldn't get enough of it. It was recommended to us by the Guardian Wine Expert who wrote that in his opinion was on a par with a very good Burgundy. This turned out to be true sadly your stocks ran out. Have you any recollection of this?
Our account was in the name of T J Devany Mottram St Andrew Cheshire.

Thank you again for your suggestions. Perhaps you could suggest seasonal bottles (red and white) with seasonal musical combinations.

Great Idea wine and music.

Hello Penny,

It's hard to say, as it's obviously a matter of personal taste. However, a quick poll in Berrys' office has revealed that a popular choice for the crunchy, minerally Pouilly-Fumé is something like Nina Simone, with her gravelly voice, or Dusty Springfield's Spooky. As for the Pouilly-Fuissé, it was suggested that Brit Awards winner Florence and The Machine's 'The Gift' would be an uplifting, rich choice.

Whatever you chose, I hope you enjoy the combination!
